Shipping
We ship UPS, USPS, FedEx, among others. Most items are shipped within 1–3 business days. Please message us your phone number and any special instructions you might have for the driver for freight shipments. We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska, P.O. Boxes, or APOs.
No international shipping unless otherwise stated on the listing, and no local pick-up.
You will be notified with a tracking number when your order ships. If your package is lost in shipping, please contact us, and we will locate it or replace it. We ship for free, but some states charge a small shipping surcharge, which will be applied at checkout.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If your merchandise is defective or damaged in shipping, we will replace the item if available or issue you a prepaid return label for a full refund. If your item is missing a part or has a damaged part, please do not worry; just message us before you assemble it, and we will help you. Returns must be unopened in the original shipping box with materials and accessories.
